Last Sunday, we tied Diplomats for our third draw in a row.
I wasn't at the game. Please add any comments. How did we play? How good were the goals on both sides? What was the mood after the game and how do we go for the win this week?
Notes: 3-3 tie versus Diplomats on 10/25/09 at Ridge. Goals by Mike (set piece), Mike (PK earned by Adrian), Mike (PK earned by Suzie). GK: Alec. Only hat trick of the season. Team record: first time a player has scored on three set pieces in a game.
We need one more point at minimum to avoid relegation.
ReplyDeleteWe need two wins to make the playoffs. One win won't do it for us, and a win and a tie won't do it most likely because the tie breaker on ten points with Diplomats would be goal differential - and right now they are ahead on that (can't really speculate what their goal diff would be if they don't win another game and stay at ten points).
Anyway, Dips are playing Prism and LUA and could win both.
Celtic, the next team ahead of us on 11 points, is playing Gang Green (1st place and undefeated).
