It's time to refresh your knowledge of how to use this blog. Here are some tips:
To publish your own post - Send an email to golerosteam.publish AT blogger.com. Your subject line becomes the subject line of your post. The body of the email becomes the text. Beware that signatures will be included as well. The only rules are, keep it appropriate, and try not to reveal information that opponents can use against us. I encourage people to post things though!
To comment on a posting or to RSVP for a game - Just click on the small hyperlink at the bottom of each post that says "comments." You have lots of options then. You can sign in using your google account to display your name. Or you can enter your name in the name field. Or - and this is easiest - you can use the anonymous feature. Just make sure to include your name or initials in the posting so we know who made it.
To find directions to the field - each entry in the game schedule module at the top of the website is linked to a page showing directions to the field. Just click on it. Additionally, you can visit the CCSL website to print out directions. There's a link to the website on the blog.
To search for past postings - use the search field at the top of the blog, the blog archive which is arranged by date, or the labels feature. The archive and labels are located at the bottom left.
If anyone ever has suggestions about how to improve the blog, let me know. Nate once suggested that we add a weather feature. Presto, we have one now.
is there a way to make the RSVP posts sticky to the top of the page until the next game?
ReplyDeleteI could keep re-posting it perhaps. otherwise, i don't know how i would do that. I'll look into it more.
ReplyDeleteBTW, the weather feature was temporarily taken down. eventually, the map just stopped loading on all the machines that i was using. were you able to view it?
