Two items:

 

I am pleased to report that CCSL and WAWSL will again be co-sponsoring a New Referee (Grade 8) clinic in Washington DC in August/September 2010.  Here are the dates:

Tuesday August 24th,

Thursday August 26th,

Tuesday August 31st and
Thursday September 2d

 

Please note that in order to complete these class requirements, you would need to attend ALL four class sessions - typically running from 6:30-9:30 PM.  Registration should be possible starting at next week via www.vadcsoccerref.com

 

This is NOT the only opportunity to certify as a referee (see the above Clinic List at www.vadcsoccerref.com), but I wanted to give everyone an early heads-up.

 

2) US Soccer has published the 2010 Memorandum of Law Changes guidance, which took effect on July 1, 2010.  I would appreciate it if the CCSL team captains could share the changes with your teammates.
