The celebration of our 10 year anniversary as a team will stretch into next year. Why stop a good thing?
Jeremy, who likes to brew his own beer, is willing to concoct a Goleros Anniversary Ale for us. We're looking at having a batch ready by the kickoff of the fall season in April 2010.
Have any ideas for him? Lager, ale, porter? Any flavors or spices you'd like him to try?
Jeremy can I help?
ReplyDeleteI have no experience and this might be a bit adventurous, but I suggest we try a barrel aged ale:

If we have time to age it before the 10 year celebration.
